在此版裝瓶，我們嘗試通過混合三種來自著名蘇格蘭釀酒廠的單一麥芽麥芽來重現我們最喜愛的美妙風味：更為濃郁甘醇、香料氣息十足，這三種單一純麥威士忌彼此完美融合，並在雪利酒桶中熟成以增強其果香和甜美的香氣，和其芬芳細膩的風格：這是一款口味複雜而細膩、香醇易飲的雪莉威士忌，清爽有勁道，已達到完美熟成，更略帶葡萄酒與葡萄乾香氣。壓軸餘韻呈現乾淨俐落的經典風格。

Bronze Medal at Tokyo Whisky & Spirits 2019
For this release, we have tried to recreate our favourite profile with a blend of three single malts from prestigious Scottish distilleries: one is richer, one is drier, and one is spicier. The three single malts complete each other, and the blend is matured in sherry casks to enhance its fruity and sweet aromas and its fragrant and velvety style: as usual for Sherry Cask Malt, it is meant to be an easy drinking whisky with complexity and delicate nuances. A young and fresh whisky, but already perfectly mature, with slightly winey and raisiny notes. The finale is particularly dry and clean, in an “old-fashioned” style.
